Após negar o pedido a rescisão contratual indireta de Gustavo Scarpa com o Fluminense, a juíza Dalva Macedo,da 70ª Vara do Trabalho do Rio de Janeiro, pediu à Secretária para verificar “a possibilidadede antecipação da data da audiência, tendo em vista a urgência da medida pleiteada”.

Quando Gustavo Scarpa acionou o clube na Justiça, ainda em 22 de dezembro de 2017, a audiência do caso foi eletronicamente marcada para o dia 5 de setembro de 2018, às 8h50, na 70ª Vara do Trabalho do Rio de Janeiro.

O pedido de Gustavo Scarpa na justiça era para que pudesse “exercer livremente sua atividade de atleta profissional de futebol em um outro empregador que não seja devedor contumaz”. Para isso, queria o fim imediato do vínculo com o Flu – válido até setembro de 2020. A juíza, porém, entende que a rescisão imediata seria uma atitude temerária, já que seria “irreversível, com prejuízos para as partes e também no que diz respeito a terceiros”.

À Justiça, o clube das Laranjeiras alegou que Gustavo Scarpa, “em flagrante má-fé, pretende a rescisão do contrato de trabalho por suposta mora contumaz, quando, na realidade, busca sua transferência sem qualquer compensação financeira à Reclamada (Fluminense), uma vez que que existe previsão de multa rescisória no montante de 200.000.000,00 (R$ 200 milhões).”

Left with a target of only 130 after bowling out the tourists for 211 in their second innings, Essex lost half their side for only 78 in pursuit of victory.But then skipper Grant Flower and Adam Wheater shared in an unbrokenhalf-century partnership to see them home. Resuming at 148 for 6, Bangladesh found themselves in more trouble form the fourth delivery of the morning when Shafiul Islam, displaying little or no footwork, edged Tony Palladino to Wheater behind the wicket.Two more wickets quickly followed. Naeem Islam became another Wheater victim, this time providing fast bowler Maurice Chambers with success, as he sparred at a wide ball, while Shahadat Hossain was dismissed by Palladino as Billy Godleman held a skier at mid-off.But if Essex thought they would bring the innings to a swift conclusion they were mistaken. The last wicket pair of Abdur Razzak and Robiul Islam, with a mixture of edges and authentic strokes, added 46 before the arrival of Michael Comber ended the resistance.The young paceman tempted Razzak with a legside delivery and he pulled it to Godleman at deep square leg. وأضاف: “بن شرقي من الوارد أن يستكمل موسمه مع الجزيرة الإمارتي وبعدها يستغنى عنه النادي ويعود للزمالك في الموسم المُقبل”.

واختتم: “اللاعب المغربي لم يتواصل مع أي مسؤول في الزمالك من أجل العودة، ولو يُحب العودة في يناير سنرحب به لأنه رحل عن النادي بشكل محترم”.

O Cruzeiro renovou o contrato do zagueiro Leo. Há quase oito anos no Cruzeiro, o atleta de 29 anos garantiu mais dois anos de vínculo. Bicampeão brasileiro e campeão da Copa do Brasil, ele é titular da zaga de Mano Menezes e um dos líderes do grupo, considerado peça fundamental.

Com o novo contrato, Leo deverá atingir a marca de 10 anos a serviço do clube. Ele foi adquirido em agosto de 2010, quando defendia o Palmeiras.Com 276 jogos, Léo é o quinto zagueiro que mais atuou pelo Cruzeiro e o terceiro defensor com mais gols pelo clube. Ao todo foram 18 bolas na rede.

Leeds United were very quiet during the January transfer window, though it was not entirely through any fault of their own.

The Yorkshire outfit did attempt to sign Brenden Aaronson from RB Salzburg but they saw two bids of around £15m and £20m rejected for the American midfielder, whilst some reports suggested that submitted an offer for young Calvin Ramsey of Aberdeen too.

A lack of spending is certainly cause for concern as Marcelo Bielsa’s playing squad has been ripped through with injury quite regularly throughout the 2021/22 campaign.

However, it’s thought that they will spend big in the summer.

“They have huge ambition and they’re going to be big hitters – they feel – in the transfer market, maybe from the summer,” claimed transfer insider Dean Jones to GIVEMESPORT.

“They certainly will be by this time next year. They think they can be going for some big names, but they couldn’t really buy those players in January.”

Well, how might that look? And how is it going to be funded? After all, the 49ers Enterprises are still only minority shareholders.

According to TEAMtalk, United are confident of signing Aaronson in the summer, so he could well become their first big splash.

Director of football Victor Orta was even seen in Europe trying to complete a move for the 21-year-old dynamo in the final few days of the window but it was always a losing battle with Salzburg still in the Champions League.

But the American will surely kickstart a spending spree at Elland Road.

A new full-back is likely to be on the agenda. That much is evident by their mooted interest in Ramsey, though it’s a new left-sided option that could be the priority as they only have one choice in Junior Firpo and he has been inconsistent this season.

Reports in Brazil suggest that Bielsa was keen on signing Guilherme Arana from Atletico Mineiro. He helped guide the club to the Serie A title, where he delivered five goals and seven assists across 48 appearances, via Transfermarkt.

He could come into a backline containing Pascal Struijk, Diego Llorente and Luke Ayling, in front of shot-stopper Illan Meslier. Leeds have hardly had the services of club captain Liam Cooper but he’s someone that will need to be upgraded in the coming seasons.

In midfield, United will hold firm over any interest in Kalvin Phillips. He and Aaronson could be joined by Marseille powerhouse Boubacar Kamara, who is available on a free transfer in the summer.

Leeds are thought to be battling Manchester United to his signature, as per Sky Sports.

There will be a lot of interest in Raphinha in the summer after the Yorkshiremen kept hold of him in January. There is an acceptance that he is someone that could be sold to raise big money and they could well cash in, in a bid to fund this spree.

And they may have already identified his replacement in Club Brugge sensation Noa Lang, who appears set to leave the Belgian giants at the end of the season.

He’ll then join Jack Harrison and Patrick Bamford in the attack.

Chasing a challenging target Aiden Blizzard kept MCC’s hopes alive till the final over of the match. He put on 94 with Brian Lara – who managed a 32-ball 37 on his return to competitive cricket – but his sparkling 73 went in vain in the absence of any able support after Lara departed.On a sun-drenched afternoon, when the whole of England watched in horror as the national football team fell apart against Germany in Bloemfontein, the Pakistanis started on a bright note with their opening pair of Shahzaib Hasan and Salman Butt rushing off the blocks against the odd new ball pair of Chaminda Vaas and Hamid Hassan of Afghanistan. Shahzaib was quick to pounce on the inexperience of his namesake as he repeatedly charged the Afghanistan quick to pick up easy runs.The signs looked ominous for the hosts when the Pakistanis passed fifty in just the fifth over. Though Lara was playing his first match in nearly three years, he never showed any rust as his feet moved in line of the delivery with minimal fuss, and he played his strokes in his inimitable fashion. The raging cuts, the caressed late-cuts and steers, and the strong pull-shots all came stumbling out of the storeroom, as Lara overtook Blizzard, who couldn’t have asked for a better birthday gift than standing and admiring the brilliance of the genius.Lara had started off with a fluent cut against a wide delivery from Umar Gul, who was still warming up in his first over. He followed it with another boundary, as he walked across and pulled over midwicket. At the other end Blizzard was stealing singles and twos and charging the likes of Afridi, who he hit for a handsome six over widish long-on (his second).Their alliance was steadily loosening the visitors’ grip and to the delight of the 4000-strong crowd Gul bounced back with an inswinging yorker that beat Lara’s high backlift before going on to splay the stumps. A year ago Gul was the best Twenty20 bowler in the world and he showed why he is rated so highly when he repeated the same delivery against Ganguly off the first ball off his next over.The former Indian captain had already survived a close lbw appeal against Ajmal in the previous over. Shahid Afridi, like a predator, jumped on the nervous Ganguly, ribbing him with some sly remarks.Ganguly was annoyed and shot back at his counterpart, asking him to stay away. Never shy to engage in mid-pitch banter, Afridi started walking towards Ganguly as the crowd started screaming excitedly. But Ganguly was not interested in any further conversation.Blizzard maintained his calm and when 18 were needed in the final over it looked possible as he hit Mohammad Aamer over long-off for a six. But Aamer improved his length, pitching the ball much fuller to beat Blizzard’s swing and end MCC’s hopes.

The sweeping panorama of the field is magnificent yet in another way the move to the £21 million structure is a shame. Much better to be looking out from the old football stand than at it.The angles may have changed but Yorkshire are looking like title contenders from any perspective. Warwickshire’s bowlers put in a solid shift in sweat and drive but could not do enough to undermine Yorkshire’s resolve, even on a pitch that never allowed a batsman to feel entirely comfortable.The First Division leaders go into the second day only four down and with enough runs on the board to feel they may yet bat Warwickshire out of contention. Given a solid platform by Adam Lyth and Anthony McGrath, who put on 148 for the second wicket after the early loss of acting captain Jacques Rudolph, they prospered in the last session as Jonathan Bairstow and Gerard Brophy shared a stand of 98 for the fourth wicket, Brophy needing eight more to complete his second first-class century for the county.Lyth’s 84 was not his most fluent innings of the summer yet it took him to 1,066 runs for the season, giving him the honour of being the first to pass 1,000. Stephen Peters is 17 short after being dismissed for 76 against Glamorgan in Northampton.Given their contrasting fortunes this season, Yorkshire’s position at lunchtime – one down for 119 after winning the toss – might have reflected a routine morning against a side beaten six times in the Championship so far. Yorkshire won at Edgbaston at the start of the season and their only blip to date is a defeat at Somerset.In reality, Warwickshire’s bowlers performed commendably well and were unlucky not to find more success. Rudolph, still to win a game as Yorkshire’s captain, won the toss in the continuing absence of Andrew Gale and opted to bat first, but what looked like a good batting track proved less than straightforward.Indeed, Rudolph was a casualty in the third over, nudging a catch to second slip as he followed a ball slanted across him by the left-armer, Neil Carter. It marked the start of a difficult passage for the batsmen against some testing bowling. There was nothing untoward in the way of lateral movement off the pitch but the combination of swing and variable bounce meant that awkward moments came along quite frequently.The bowlers could have had better luck. Boyd Rankin beat the bat a number of times without finding the edge and Rikki Clarke, the unluckiest, almost had Lyth caught off a leading edge on 42. Had Imran Tahir moved in just a little more quickly, a catch at mid-off was there for the taking.Both Lyth and McGrath survived confident lbw shouts and Steffan Piolet, a medium-pacer making his Championship debut, suffered frustration again when McGrath was missed by Clarke at second slip on 41. It was a hard chance off a firm stroke but one that probably should have been held. McGrath might have been run out, too, had Jim Troughton spotted the opportunity when he dropped his bat.In the event, McGrath completed his 10th half-century of the season, all of which have come in his last 11 innings. Without the cares of captaincy now, the former England allrounder is batting with his old freedom and he was more convincing here than Lyth, even though the younger player outscored him.Where McGrath has doubtless disappointed himself is in turning only two of those half-centuries into hundreds and another chance slipped by here as he was out for 57 as Warwickshire made a double breakthrough in mid-afternoon. Carter, with another slanted delivery, was the successful bowler, Darren Maddy clutching a low catch at slip.Clarke’s luck was out again in the next over as Lyth was dropped by Maddy off his bowling on 81 but the miss was not expensive, Carter pinning the left-hander leg before with a full length delivery that attracted little argument. Lyth had hit 13 boundaries and his stand with McGrath was worth 148.His dismissal left Yorkshire with two fresh batsmen at the crease at 156 for 3 and Warwickshire could see a chance to swing the day back in their favour. Restricting the home side to 73 runs in the afternoon was a step in the right direction.But Bairstow and Brophy built another partnership that can only increase confidence in the Yorkshire dressing room. With Gale required by England Lions and Joe Sayers still out with respiratory problems, Yorkshire’s batting seems on paper to lack a little depth but the fourth-wicket pair, in competition for the wicketkeeping gloves, matched each other for runs.Bairstow benefited from a couple of loose deliveries from Maddy, one of which he whipped away for a legside six, but Brophy found his range too, hitting seven fours in reaching 50, his first half-century in the Championship since he scored 85 against the same opposition at Scarborough last August.Piolet claimed his first Championship wicket when Bairstow perished to a ball that kept low and might have had another when Adil Rashid drove one straight back at him, having scored only two. It was a difficult chance, just too sharp and too close to the deck for the young allrounder to get a full hand behind. It was also the last of the day.

وأوضحت أن مسؤولي ساوثهامبتون اتفقوا على إقالة النمساوي من منصبه، إما أثناء استراحة كأس العالم المرتقبة، أو قبل خوض مباراته الأخيرة قبل البطولة، أي أمام ليفربول.

أراد ساوثهامبتون الانتظار حتى فترة التوقف الدولي، بسبب مونديال قطر، قبل اتخاذ قرار، ولكنه يمكن الآن التحرك عاجلًا.
